Can I change an invoice after it has been raised?
Yes, while it is unpaid. Editing keeps the same invoice number, makes a new PDF and keeps the earlier versions as a record, and your accounting software gets the update. Once an invoice is paid or voided it can no longer be edited.
Does it work with Xero, QuickBooks and Sage?
Yes. When your accounting software is connected, Vehiso sends your invoices and payments to Xero, QuickBooks or Sage. The accounting integrations are included on every paid plan.
Who in my team can see invoices?
Each person only sees the invoice types their role allows, so sales staff see sales invoices and workshop staff see workshop invoices. Staff tied to a branch see that branch's invoices.
