How it works
Nothing for your team to set up per customer. The portal follows the deals you are already doing.
An order is agreed
When a deal reaches an agreed status it is shared with the customer automatically, or you share it by hand if you prefer. Cars reserved online appear straight away.
The customer gets an invitation
An email from your dealership tells them their order is ready to follow and links to your website.
They sign in with a code
They enter their email address and type in the code you send them. No password to create, forget or reset.
You stay in touch after the sale
Customers who opt in get a reminder when the MOT or service is due, when cover or finance is ending, and alerts for price drops and new stock. Each one is sent once, in the morning.
You stay in control
The portal shows customers what you decide to show them, and nothing more.
Turn it on when you are ready
The portal is off until you switch it on, and you can switch it off again at any time.

- Sign-in codes are single use and expire after 15 minutes.
- The session stays on your own domain; customers never sign in anywhere else.
- Only orders you have shared and records sent to the customer's own email address are shown.
- Customers can download a copy of their data or ask for their account to be deleted.
- Customers choose which reminders and alerts they receive, and can change that at any time.

Frequently asked questions
Does the customer portal cost extra?
No. The customer portal is included on every paid plan at no extra cost. It is not available on the Free plan.
Do customers need a password?
No. Customers enter their email address and receive a one-time code, which expires after 15 minutes. There is no password to set up, forget or reset.
What can a customer see?
Only the orders you have shared with them once the deal is agreed, plus any car they reserved online, along with workshop records sent to their email address. Draft deals, internal notes and your costs are never shown.
Does it work with my website template?
Yes. The portal is part of your Vehiso website, so it works with every template and uses your own brand colour, logo and domain.
Can I turn it off?
Yes. The portal is off until you turn it on, and you can turn it off again at any time from your settings. You can also choose to share each order by hand instead of automatically.
Which reminders do customers get?
Customers can choose to receive reminders when their MOT or service is due, when a warranty or other cover is ending and when a finance agreement is nearing its end, plus alerts when a saved car drops in price or new stock matches a saved search. Each reminder is sent once, in the morning, in your time zone.
