How it works
Four steps, and only the first one needs anything from you.
Share your link
Every dealer account has a referral link and a short code. Send it to whoever you like.
They sign up
Your code follows them from the click to the sign-up form and holds for 30 days, so it still counts if they come back later.
They go to a paid plan
You start earning when the dealer you referred pays their first bill, and keep earning a share of every plan payment they make for the next six months.
You choose how to take it
After 30 days your earnings are available, and you pick one of the three routes below.

Off your next invoice
Credited against your Vehiso bill automatically. No minimum, nothing to set up.
Into your wallet
Spend it on AI tools, the photo studio, valuations and SMS. Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn later.
Cash to your bank
Paid out by Stripe, who collect your bank details securely. Minimum $25, less Stripe's sending fee, and each withdrawal is checked before it goes.
How we keep it fair
Every rule here exists so the program still pays out properly for the dealers using it honestly.
A 30 day hold
A referred dealer can pay and then get a refund, so earnings wait a month. Nobody is asked to give back money they have already spent.
A minimum on cash
Small bank transfers cost more to send than they are worth. There is no minimum on invoice credit or your wallet, because that money never leaves us.
One sensible limit
Up to 20 referred dealers a month, counting dealers rather than payments, so a referral that counts earns for its whole six months. There is no lifetime limit: if you are bringing us dealers at that rate we would rather talk to you about a partner arrangement than switch your earnings off.
Checks on every referral
We look for the obvious tricks, like signing yourself up twice. Anything flagged is reviewed by a person, not refused automatically.

Who can take part?
Any dealer with a Vehiso account. Agency accounts are not included.
When do I get paid?
You start earning when the dealer you referred pays their first bill on a paid plan, and you earn again on every plan payment they make for six months from that first one. Each amount becomes available to use 30 days after it is earned.
Is there a limit?
One limit: you can start earning on up to 20 referred dealers a month. It counts dealers rather than payments, so a referral that counts keeps earning for its whole six months even if the month fills up afterwards, and we email you if a month is full. There is no limit on how many dealers you refer in total, or on how many people you share your link with.
Can it be paid into my bank?
Yes, once you have at least $25 available. Stripe collects your bank details and sends the payment, less its fee. Cash withdrawals reach banks in 53 countries; invoice credit and wallet work everywhere.
What currency am I paid in?
The same one you are billed in. Your balance is held in your own currency and is never restated in another. If you take cash and your bank account is in a different currency, Stripe converts the payment when it sends it, and the cost of converting comes out of what you withdraw.
