A public file's link keeps working for as long as the file is there, so you can put it on a page and leave it.
Private files, expiring links
A private file has no public link. Each link you copy is signed and stops working at the time you choose, from an hour to a year.

Change your mind
Rename a file or switch it between public and private. Making a file private takes it off its public link.

Can I put a downloadable PDF on my website?
Yes. Upload the PDF as a public file, choose Copy link and add the link to any page, for example your warranty page. Customers can open or download it, and the link keeps working for as long as the file is there.
How do private files work?
A private file has no public link. When you copy its link you choose how long it works, from an hour up to a year. Once it expires the link stops working, so a document you share with one customer does not stay open forever.
What can I upload?
PDFs, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, images, CSV and text files, MP4 videos and ZIP files.
How much can I store?
Starter includes 2 GB and 200 files of up to 25 MB each, Growth 10 GB and 1,000 files of up to 50 MB, Business 25 GB and 2,500 files of up to 100 MB, and Ultra 100 GB and 10,000 files of up to 250 MB. The file manager shows how much you have used.
