No. The buyer pays a deposit online to secure the car. You arrange the balance with them before handover, by pay link or bank transfer.
How does a part-exchange work in the checkout?
The buyer enters their part-exchange as part of the order. You confirm its value once you have seen the car, and the part-exchange is noted on the order for your team.
How is finance quoted?
A buyer who chooses finance gets a quote from the finance calculator on your website and adds it to the checkout. The quote is noted on the order in Vehiso.
Can I offer home delivery?
Yes. You set a delivery radius in miles and a delivery charge, and buyers choose home delivery or collection from your dealership. You also set a minimum lead time, so every handover date leaves you time to prepare the car.
What about the 14-day right to cancel?
The order confirmation email includes the statutory 14-day right-to-cancel information for distance sales under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Vehiso tracks when each buyer's cancellation window ends, restarting it from the actual handover date.
Which payment providers can take the deposit?
Deposits go through your own card payment provider: Stripe, PayPal, Square or Blink.
