Connect via Xero login
In your Vehiso admin panel, choose Xero, sign in and approve the connection. Pick which Xero organisation to sync. It takes under a minute.
Map your nominal codes
Tell Vehiso which Xero nominal codes and tracking categories vehicle sales, deposits, finance settlements and part-exchange should post to, so entries land exactly where your accountant expects. Change a mapping later and future entries follow it.
Trade as normal
Invoice deals, take deposits, raise purchase orders, cancel the odd one. You don't change how you work - Vehiso pushes the accounting entries to Xero in the background, retrying automatically if a sync hits a temporary error.
