AI photo checks for every vehicle you list

Smart photo checks in the Vehiso DMS (Dealer Management System) look at every photo you upload to a vehicle, put them in the order buyers prefer and warn you about missing shots, blurry photos, readable number plates and odometer readings that don't match the recorded mileage.

What every photo is checked for

Smart photo checks run in the Vehiso DMS as soon as photos are uploaded to a vehicle, so problems show up before the advert goes live.

Checked after upload

Every photo you upload to a vehicle in the DMS is checked automatically. Photos from a stock feed, or added another way, can be checked with the Check photos button.

Suggested order

Photos are put in the order buyers prefer: the best front three-quarter shot first, then the outside, the inside, the boot and the details.

Missing shots

Get a warning if the front three-quarter, rear, interior, dashboard, or boot or load area shot is missing, so you can add it before the advert goes live.

Blurry photos

Photos that look blurry are flagged, so you can consider retaking them before buyers see them.

Readable number plates

See which photos show a readable number plate. If you meant to show it, that is fine: just dismiss the warning.

Mileage check

If a photo of the odometer shows a reading that doesn't match the recorded mileage, you'll know. It reads miles or kilometres.

Your photos, in the order buyers prefer

One click puts a vehicle's photos in a sensible order, and you always stay in charge of the final arrangement.

  • Click Put in suggested order to arrange the photos in one go
  • Arrange the photos by hand and your order is kept; new uploads don't reshuffle it
  • Dismiss any warning you're happy with; it only comes back if the photos change
  • See progress while photos are checked, for example Checking photos (3 of 12 done)

Suggested order

  1. Best front three-quarter shot
  2. Outside
  3. Inside
  4. Boot
  5. Details

How it works

Smart photo checks fit into the way you already add vehicles to the Vehiso DMS.

Upload your photos

Add photos to a vehicle in the DMS as you normally would and they are checked automatically. For photos from a stock feed, click Check photos.

Review the warnings

Add any missing shots, consider retaking blurry photos and make sure number plates and odometer readings are as you intend. Dismiss anything that's fine.

Put them in order

Click Put in suggested order, or arrange the photos yourself. Your order is kept when you add more.

Smart photo checks are included with the AI features on every paid Vehiso plan and can be switched off in AI feature settings. There's a daily AI allowance; if you reach it, the rest of your photos can be checked the next day.

Frequently asked questions

What do smart photo checks look for?

They put a vehicle's photos in the order buyers prefer and warn you about missing shots (front three-quarter, rear, interior, dashboard, and boot or load area), blurry photos, readable number plates and odometer readings that don't match the mileage recorded for the vehicle.

Do I have to start the checks myself?

No. Photos you upload to a vehicle in the Vehiso DMS are checked automatically after upload. Photos that arrive from a stock feed, or are added another way, can be checked with the Check photos button.

Will it change the order I've already set?

No. If you arrange a vehicle's photos by hand, your order is kept and new uploads don't reshuffle it. You can still click Put in suggested order whenever you want the suggested order instead.

What if a warning doesn't apply to my vehicle?

Dismiss it. A dismissed warning only comes back if the vehicle's photos change. A readable number plate, for example, is fine if you meant to show it.

Does the mileage check work with kilometres?

Yes. It reads odometers in miles or kilometres and warns you if the reading in a photo doesn't match the mileage recorded for the vehicle.

Does it cost extra?

No. Smart photo checks are included with the AI features on every paid Vehiso plan, from £49/month, and can be switched off in AI feature settings. There's a daily AI allowance, so on a very busy day the rest of your photos can be checked the next day.
